The Border Proposal was installed on the border of the United States and Canada in 2008. Americans and Canadians could simply step over the humorously-scaled, militaristic border.

In a field in the farming community of Oregon, Illinois, this earthwork was cut into the grass by tractor. Planes flew viewers over the art.
